4. Orders, payment & delivery

No payment is taken on this website. After you submit your cart at checkout, you will receive an emailed total with payment instructions. Orders are available by local pick-up in Casper, WY or by mail (flat $15). Prices are subject to change without notice.

307 TIDES bears no liability for any use, misuse, or outcome resulting from the purchase or handling of its products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

6. Refusal of service

We may refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for human consumption or otherwise violates these terms.
